New Progress estate walkabouts: Spring/Summer

We currently employ three Estate Managers: Michelle Collins, Andy Lynam, Barry Johnson and Cathy Fleet. Our Estate Managers carry out regular walkabouts on our estates to see if there are any problems that New Progress, your Local Authority or other agencies need to deal with.

Residents are always welcome to join our Estate Managers to walk around their estate

Our Estate Managers also show applicants around properties, deal with low level anti-social behaviour issues and tenancy issues and carry out many home visits. They monitor the grounds maintenance contract in conjunction with the Estate Caretakers and attend residents and forum meetings.
