If you think that you could help us do things better, then you should let us know. We offer a range of ways to tell us what you think about our services and to become more involved with the way that your home is managed. Some ways to get involved are:

• Completing surveys and satisfaction forms (terms and conditions for our quarterly prize draw are available here)
• Joining our mailing list
• Reading or contributing articles to Talk magazine
• Giving us feedback via telephone or email
• Starting a Community Association
• Joining a forum, group or panel, such as the:

• Leaseholders Forum
• Editorial Panel
• Disability Forum
• Rents and Service Charges Forum
• Local residents' groups
