Register to view your rent account and repairs
By registering for online services, you will be able to view your rent account, repairs history, gas servicing due date and other useful information about your tenancy.
Register for online services
To access your account online and use online services, you will need a unique username and password.
To request your username and password please contact the Database Team on 01772 450644 or click here to register online.
To access your online account
Once you have your unique username and password, you can access your account by:
- Selecting the dark blue 'sign in' button at the top middle of the page. This will take you to the secure log in screen.
- Entering your username and password.
- Clicking on 'Your profile' at the top right of the page. You will now see the menu.
- Select 'Your account' from the bottom of the list.
