Supported livingThe team works closely with Progress Care Housing Association to develop new supported housing across the UK.

New buildOur Development team provides in-house services to New Progress Housing Association and New Fylde Housing, delivering an extensive multi-million pound development programme.
Rural housingRural areas are some of the least affordable places to live in the country with waiting lists for social housing reaching record levels. We are continuing to address local housing need through the provision of new affordable homes in rural locations.
