We are able to co-ordinate all aspects from design, planning, development, legals through to practical completion and handover.
The Development Team is made up of dedicated building professionals who have the experience and expertise to provide architectural, planning supervisor and project management services to both in-house and external clients. In addition the teams are able to prepare complex financial viability assessments for its clients. We deliver a complete package from initial client brief to practical completion and handover of schemes. The Team are very experienced in negotiating acceptable designs within Local Authority Planning Departments which often involves dealing with Conservation areas, historic and listed buildings and in some cases agreeing quite complex 106 Agreements to maximise the amount of social housing being delivered.In the case of Progress Care Housing Department the Development Team have a suite of legal documentation that meet the specific requirements of Comissioners, our funding partners and our own requirements enabling projects to be delivered within budget and within stipulated timescales.
