New Fylde Housing provides high quality homes and housing management to communities in the Fylde and across the North West.
We own and/or manage around 2,000 properties across the North West including affordable rental properties, sheltered housing, extra care accommodation, and leasehold schemes.
In 2009, New Fylde Housing joined Progress Group resulting in an investment of £45m in local communities, the delivery of 320 new homes across the Fylde coast, improvements to existing homes, and a tenant-managed fund for community activities and other projects throughout the Group.
Although joining a larger Group, we have maintained our local presence with the retention of existing staff and a local office, Warwick House; we have also retained our Board.
Homes remain locally managed and our apprenticeship scheme has been linked into Progress Housing Group’s existing apprentice scheme; in addition, a Property Services depot has been established at Warwick House.
