Keyworker accommodation
Progress Care Housing Association was selected by United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust for a £22 million project to re-provide and redevelop accommodation for NHS staff and their families on four hospital sites.
The accommodation, developed under the Progress Living brand, comprises 460 new flats and 130 refurbished apartments and houses across four hospital sites replaced existing accommodation for hospital staff at Lincoln County Hospital, Grantham and District Hospital and Pilgrim Hospital in Boston. We also manage properties on behalf of United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust at Louth.
The accommodation provides much-needed high-quality affordable homes for hospital staff. In order to keep costs to a minimum, the accommodation can also be rented out to other tenants when not needed by the Trust.
The completion of this development signals a new era in the provision of high quality accommodation for key workers throughout the UK with Progress Care at the forefront of the delivery of this type of accommodation.
