Our Property Services division provides repairs and maintenance services to our subsidiaries, to a growing number of external organisations and to the general public
In 2009, over 25,000 repair jobs were completed for the subsidiaries and we exceeded performance targets in all areas. We also delivered repairs, maintenance and improvement contracts to a growing number of registered social landlords.
Business to business servicesWe offer a range of services to other organisations including responsive repairs, gas servicing and stock condition surveys.
Progress PlusIn 2006, we launched the Progress Plus home healthcare service to private homeowners and landlords.
ApprenticeshipsOur Property Services division is playing its part in reducing skills shortages within a number of construction trades.
Efficiency savingsWe continually strive to make efficiency savings, which have been delivered through improvements to our processes and working practices.
