Safer communitiesPreventing and tackling anti-social behaviour (ASB) continues to be a key priority for us and residents nationwide.
Supporting PeopleThe Supporting People programme was launched in 2003 to provide a better quality of life for vulnerable people and to help them to live more independently and maintain their tenancies.
Tenant involvementWe put customers at the heart of our business. Residents are involved in all areas of our work to help us continuously improve the services that we deliver to them. We have dedicated Community Investment and Tenant Involvement teams and we are constantly developing new opportunities to further extend our customers’ role in decision-making processes.
WorklessnessHousing associations are making a major contribution to tackling worklessness amongst their residents and in the wider communities in which they work.
