Tenant involvement

We put customers at the heart of our business. Residents are involved in all areas of our work to help us continuously improve the services that we deliver to them. We have dedicated Community Investment and Tenant Involvement teams and we are constantly developing new opportunities to further extend our customers’ role in decision-making processes.

We offer a wide range of ways for our tenants to get involved, from sitting on our Board to completing surveys and contributing to tenant newsletters. Tenants are invited to an annual Tenant Conference where they are encouraged to suggest service improvements and raise any issues affecting their communities. We also regularly hold workshops, forums and panels to give tenants a greater understanding of how we work and to give them the opportunity to shape services.

You can find out more about the ways in which are tenants get involved in our services by visiting the relevant pages in our tenants’ zones.
