Boards of management
The Group and its subsidiaries have separate boards of management consisting of volunteers from the local community, including tenants and local authority representatives.
Since its inception, the Group has adopted the National Housing Federation’s Code of Governance. We seek to comply with this code at all times and with best practice relating to corporate governance.
