Better homes
As well as creating new homes, we have also delivered an extensive programme of planned improvements to our existing homes.
Last year, we invested more than £9 million in improvement works, including boiler replacements, new kitchens, new bathrooms and painting. We have been working with tenants to develop our own Decent Homes Plus standard to take our homes over and above the national Decent Homes standard. Providing even better homes will support us in achieving our vision of being the housing provider of choice.
