Each year we produce an annual report for tenants outlining how we have performed in the year and how we plan to make our services even better. We are regulated by the Tenant Services Authority (TSA). The TSA has a set of six standards that we must meet. Working with our tenants, we have also agreed a more detailed set of local standards, or offers, that we have committed to meet. The purpose of this annual report is to tell you if we meet both the TSA standards and our local offers, or if we think we need to make improvements to meet them.
