LiLAC is made up of three partners: Progress Care Housing Association; Lovell Respond; and Jack Lunn (Construction) Ltd.
Progress Care Housing Association is your landlord. Lovell Respond repairs your home.These organisations have been chosen to provide these services by Leeds City Council.
