Looking after your home

Lovell Respond will repair most parts of your home. You do not have to pay for these repairs because the cost is included in your rent. However, you will be charged the full cost of the repair if:

  • You, or someone acting on your behalf, say a repair is an emergency when it is not
  • You, your support worker, your family or your friends cause damage to your home

When things get broken and need repairing please tell us straight away.

You or anyone else helping you can contact Lovell Respond on 0845 241 6041 between 8am and 5pm or email service-sheffpower@lovell.co.uk

If you have an emergency repair outside of these hours, you can telephone our emergency out-of-hours repairs service on 0845 241 6041.

The out-of-hours service is open:

  • Monday to Friday from 5pm to 8am
  • All weekends
  • All Bank Holidays

Remember you must not say a repair is an emergency if it is not or you will be charged the cost of the repair.
