Powerminster will keep your garden tidy. You pay money in your service charge that will pay towards the cost of maintaining your garden. You must get our written permission if you want to put up a garden shed, greenhouse or other permanent structure.
If you want to carry out any gardening yourself, please telephone your Housing Officer on 0845 241 6041. Please do not carry out any gardening without getting permission first. There may be some health and safety problems with the soil in your garden so we will need to check before you can plant anything in the ground.
