How long does it take for a repair?

We aim to complete a repair within three target times:

What if the repair is not done on the day I have been told?
Get your diary or repairs logbook, if you have one, where you wrote down the details of the repair. Phone Powerminster on 0845 241 6041. Tell the staff your name, address and telephone number. The team will advise you what to do next. You may be entitled to compensation if Powerminster do not fix certain repairs within set times.

Please do not arrange for somebody else to do the work instead of Powerminster. If you ask somebody else to do the work we will not be able to accept responsibility for the bill and the work may have to be re-done and charged back to you.
