Making a suggestion or complaint
Our top priority is to deliver a quality housing service and value for money. We are aware that occasionally things can go wrong and your complaint is an opportunity to help us put things right. We also welcome suggestions to help imrpove our service.

How to make your suggestion or complaint
Complete the form by filling in your name, postal address, e-mail address, contact telephone number and what your complaint or suggestion is. We aim to respond to your complaint within five working days; if this is not possible then we will write and tell you when you can expect a reply.
