You can make secure debit or card payments to your rent account by completing the form below. You can also make one off payments for any invoices that you may have received. For example, for rechargeable repairs.
Please have your tenancy number, property ID or customer number and debit card to hand. The tenancy number defines the rent account that your payment will be made to.
Although mistakes can be rectified later by Progress Living, it is your responsibility to ensure that the tenancy number or customer number is correct.
Have you thought about Direct Debit?
There are lots of advantages to setting up a Direct Debit to pay your rent. It's the simplest and most convenient way to pay your rent, saving you time as your rent is paid automatically from your account. It also helps us save money so we can invest more in our accommodation and services. You can download a Direct Debit form here. If you are a ULHT employee, you can also pay your rent by salary deduction.
Telephone payments
Payments in respect of rent, sundry debts and service charges can also be made by debit or credit card over the telephone. Contact Customer Services on telephone number 01772 450610 to make a payment. Please note: we can only take payment from the card holder and any credit card payments made over the telephone attract a 2% handling fee. Payments by debit card do not attract a handling fee.
