Payment by Direct Debit
There are lots of advantages to setting up a Direct Debit to pay your rent. It's simplest and most convenient way to pay your rent, saving you time as your rent is paid automatically from your account. It also helps us save money so we can invest more in our accommodation and services. Payment can be collected automatically on a monthly or weekly basis from your bank account. You remain in control and can cancel the direct debit at any time.

Complete and return to: The Database Team, Progress Living, Sumner House, 21 King Street, Leyland, PR25 2LW. Don't forget to include your Tenancy Number.
Online payments
Click here to pay your rent or an outstanding invoice online. You can pay online by debit or credit card. We do not charge a handling fee for online payments.
Telephone payments
Payments in respect of rent, sundry debts and service charges can be made by debit or credit card over the telephone. Contact Customer Services on telephone number 01772 450610 to make a payment. Please note: we can only take payment from the card holder and any credit card payments made over the telephone attract a 2% handling fee. Payments by debit card do not attract a handling fee.
Payment by salary deduction (ULHT staff only)
If you are directly employed by United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust, you can request that your payment is deducted from your monthly salary. To request salary deduction, please complete the form below and return it to your Accommodation Office.
