We own and/or manage around 2,000 properties including affordable rental properties, sheltered housing, extra care accommodation, and leasehold schemes.
We are a not-for-profit organisation, which means that all the money collected in rents is invested back into the organisation. This helps us to provide you with high quality services, repairs and maintenance. The Group’s Property Services Division carries out the repairs and maintenance of our properties.
