All New Fylde Housing tenants have been sent a copy of the summary version of our tenants’ annual report. The report tells you how we performed in 2010/11 and how we plan to make our services even better next year.
Following your feedback we produced three versions of the annual report. The summary report will give you an overview of our performance. The full report will give you a more detailed analysis of our performance and how it compares with other local housing providers. We’ve also produced a film version of the report, which covers the whole of Progress Housing Group.
