Available properties are advertised every other Wednesday for seven days. When you see a home you like in your band or lower and you meet any specified personal requirements, you have until midnight on the following Wednesday evening to bid. Bid is not meant in monetary terms but is basically an expression of interest. You will need to provide your reference number, banding and the reference number of the property that you are interested in.
