Sheltered housing is available to all individuals and couples over the age of 55 who want to live independently but without the responsibilities of home ownership. In certain circumstances, under 55s may be eligible if they have a disability.
We have over 400 sheltered homes flats and bungalows located on scheme developments throughout the Fylde coast. Our scheme managers and mobile wardens provide on-site support for residents and our Property Services Division maintains properties and any communal areas.

We also provide an Extra Care Scheme that offers additional support from on-site staff who can provide personal care as and when needed.
All accommodation includes:
- A resident Scheme Manager
- Laundry facilities
- An alarm system linking every tenants home to the Scheme Manager and our 24 hour Control Centre
- Use of communal facilities
- Wide range of social activities
- Door entry systems for additional security and peace of mind
