Difficulties in paying your rent

We collect rent from our tenants to pay for the services that we provide. Your rent is one of the most important bills that must be paid because your home is at risk if you do not pay. If you are having problems with paying your rent, you should contact us as soon as possible. Rent arrears do not go away and the longer you leave it before making contact with us, the more difficult it will become to find a solution.

If you have genuine difficulties in paying your rent on time, please contact us on 01253 642000 as soon as possible. We will do all we can to help you.
