Sheltered housing is available to all individuals and couples over the age of 55 who want to live independently but without the responsibilities of home ownership. In certain circumstances, under 55s may also be eligible if they have a disability.
Our scheme managers and mobile wardens provide on-site support for residents and our Property Services Division maintains properties and any communal areas.
We have flats and bungalows located across Fylde. We also provide an Extra Care accommodation that offers additional support from on-site staff who can provide personal care as and when needed.
All accommodation is self-contained with most schemes having communal facilities. There are optional levels of support available. To meet our funding requirements, all residents are required to receive at least a minimum support package. Some residents receive a higher level of support than the minimum, depending upon their needs.
