We are currently undertaking a review of our tenancy agreement to make sure it reflects good practice nationally and is up to date. The tenancy agreement is the document that you will be asked to sign before you move into your new home with us. It sets out the rights and obligations of you as a tenant and us as your landlord so it is an important legal document.
You can download a copy of the proposed tenancy agreement below and use the online survey form to send us your comments.We will feed back to our Board all comments we receive and once the new tenancy agreement is approved all new tenants will be required to sign the amended tenancy agreement when they start their tenancy with us.
