Ways to get involved

If you think that you could help us do things better, then you should let us know. We offer a range of ways to tell us what you think about our services and to become more involved with the way that your home is managed. Some ways to get involved are:

• Completing surveys and satisfaction forms (please refer to terms and conditions if you wish to be entered into our prize draw)
• Joining our mailing list
• Reading or contributing articles to your tenants' magazine
• Joining one of our interest groups
• Giving us feedback via telephone or email
• Starting a Residents Association
• Joining a forum, group or panel, such as the:

• Residents Forum
• Editorial Panel
• Sheltered Housing Forum
• Disability Forum
• Local residents' groups
