New Progress Housing Association is a member of Progress Housing Group and provides high quality homes and housing management to communities across the North West. We took the transfer of the entire housing stock of South Ribble Borough Council in 1994 and since then have grown by building and acquiring new stock.
We now own and/or manage around 4,000 properties including general needs rented housing, sheltered housing for retired people, interim accommodation, HAMA schemes, market rent properties, supported housing schemes, shared ownership and leasehold schemes
We are a not-for-profit organisation, which means that all the money collected in rents is invested back into the organisation. This helps us to provide you with high quality services, repairs and maintenance. The Group’s Property Services Division carries out the repairs and maintenance of our properties.
