  • Severe harassment

Category B

Response time: five working days

Examples:

  • Criminal activity (where action has to be co-ordinated with other agencies) including the misuse of substances and alcohol related incidents
  • Juvenile related incidents
  • Criminal damage
  • Harassment that does not involve threats
  • Clash of lifestyle complaints
  • Cases that can be referred for mediation

Category C

Response time: ten working days

Examples:

  • Unkempt gardens
  • Incorrect parking of vehicles
  • Untaxed vehicles
  • Accumulation of rubbish
  • General graffiti removal (not racist, homophobic or transphobic)
  • Noise nuisance
  • Using premises as a business, which causes nuisance to neighbours
