We currently have around 4,000 properties for affordable rent in Lancashire, Greater Manchester and Cumbria. Generally, our tenants are those defined as being in 'housing need' and whom meet our eligibility criteria.
As well as providing homes for rent, we can also help people to buy their own homes through our shared ownership scheme.

Within the South Ribble, Chorley and Preston areas, we operate a Choice Based Lettings System called Select Move in conjunction with Community Gateway HA, Chorley Community Housing, Accent Foundation, Contour Homes, Adactus HA, Eaves Brook HA, Preston City Council, Chorley Borough Council and South Ribble Borough Council.
