You will pay reduced rent on any outstanding proportion, which will remain the property of Progress Housing Group. You can sell at any time and gain from any increase in value in your share of your home.

We currently have a limited number of high quality apartments and family homes at the exclusive development at Buckshaw Village available to buy via our shared ownership scheme. We also have three bedroom properties available in Leyland.

Our Buckshaw Village properties are limited to people who cannot afford to purchase outright and also currently living or working in the South Ribble or Chorley area (conditions apply).
