In the event of an emergency

If an emergency arises and your scheme manager is not available, you can contact the 24-hour mobile warden by pulling the sheltered alarm cord in your home, using your emergency pendant, or phoning the 24 hour Control Centre on 01772 436756. The duty controller will deal with your emergency and will organise a member of staff to attend if required.
