Your responsibilities as a tenant
Paying your rent
You must pay your rent on time otherwise you will be in danger of losing your home. If you get into financial difficulties you must contact us immediately and we will offer what assistance we can, which might include such things as providing advice, a payment plan, or assistance in claiming benefits.
Being a good neighbour
You are responsible for your own behaviour and that of your family and visitors to your home. Should you, your family or visitors be involved in causing anti-social behaviour you will be in danger of losing your home. This includes excessive noise, harassment, violence, criminal activity or any other activity that interferes with other people's peaceful enjoyment of their homes and communities.
