The Seven Stars Association covers the Wade Hall and Seven Stars Area in Leyland. The association works closely with The Leyland Project at The Place and hold regular monthly meetings there on the first Thursday of the month at 12.30pm.
The association work with many local organisations and agencies to improve the area in which they live. They have prioritised fundraising for the association this year along with organising events for the whole community to enjoy. They have recently been involved with a number of different community events and support the local activities run at The Place. They also produce a quarterly newsletter titled Natter that is sent out to all residents in the area.

New Progress Housing is working in conjunction with the Seven Stars Community Association to provide summer activities for children on the Wade Hall estate.
Activities will take place every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 26th July to 18th August 2011 from 7pm to 9pm at The Place, 73 Royal Avenue, Leyland. Cost £1 per session. Book your place online at www.leylandproject.org.uk or call 01772 436200.
