We must consult our tenants if we are proposing to make major changes to the way we manage or maintain your homes. If the changes will directly affect you, we may consult you in a number of different ways, such as:
- Writing letters to you explaining what we are proposing to do.
- Reporting on the proposed change or action in Talk, our tenants’ magazine and on the website.
- Meeting with tenants and resident groups to discuss the proposals.
- Consulting the individual residents or groups who are likely to be most affected by the changes.
