Grounds maintenance monitoring group

Throughout our estates, New Progress Housing own and are responsible for various pieces of grass and shrubs. We currently have a contract with South Ribble Borough Council for them to maintain these areas on our behalf. This meeting enables tenants to feedback on the maintenance of green areas within their neighbourhood, and raise any issues they may haveThe current contract for our ground maintenance service is also due to come to end in 2013, so this meeting will also give staff the opportunity to update tenants on the progress in selecting a new contractor.
