As a leaseholder, you are reponsible for the majority of the repairs to your property. Please refer to your Property Owners' Handbook for more information.
If, as your landlord, we are responsible for a repair to your home, you can report it:

Emergency repairs (life-threatening danger or may cause serious damage to the property.) If you have an emergency repair, please telephone 01772 642181. Do not use the online repairs reporting system if your repair is life threatening or could cause serious damage to your property.
Please note: we will not accept responsibility for paying the bill if you instruct a contractor to carry out the work.
