Quarterly prize draw - terms & conditions

1.Satisfaction surveys entered into the prize draw are Repairs, Gas Service, Anti-Social Behaviour, Aids & Adaptations, New Home, Contractor and Annual Tenant Satisfaction.

2.The competition is only open to tenants of New Progress Housing Association, New Fylde Housing and Progress Care Housing Association who complete and return their applicable satisfaction survey(s).

3.If a prize draw winner is in rent arrears on the date of the draw the full value of the prize will be paid into their rent account to offset against their arrears.

4.All entries received each quarter will be entered into that quarter’s prize draw.

5.It is a condition of entry that the winner(s) agree to their name and town of residence being made publicly available if they win.
