Tenant inspectors

We currently have a number of Tenant Inspectors who play a vital role in checking the quality of services that we provide.

Tenant Inspectors from the Lancashire Forum have been trained to carry out regular mystery shopping on our services to ensure we meet our Service Standards. This may be through making a phone call, visiting our reception area or sending an email/ letter. Where we may not be meeting these standards the inspectors are involved in reviewing the service. If you would like to become a Tenant Inspector please contact our Tenant Engagement Team on 01772 450890 or register your interest here. Please note Tenant Inspectors work on a rotational basis and usually only carry out one inspection a quarter.
