- Paying your rent
- Service charges
- Repairs
- White goods and furnishings
- Progress Care Housing as your landlord
- Anti-social behaviour
- Your tenancy agreement
- Your rights
- Planned maintenance
- Keeping safe in your home
- Giving feedback – compliments and complaints
- Equality and Diversity
- Terminating your tenancy
Here are some examples of the types of things we have achieved because of our meetings:
- Set up local forums
- Made a Welcome to Progress Care Housing DVD
- Produced two new information leaflets completed to explain our Repairs and Feedback procedures
- Made a good neighbour poster
- Involved tenants in setting budgets and recruiting new staff
- Found out how tenants would like to be involved with Progress Care Housing and the service it provides
- Found out what tenants would like included in our road show i.e. what topics will it cover, is it going to be a local event only or will it go national, cost, contributors etc.
- Found out what tenants understand what is meant by rent and service charge, what do they think of the services Progress Care Housing supplies – what do we do well and what do we need to do better
- Compiled a service level agreement pamphlet for use by tenants
- Looked at, with the help of the forums, a new tenant friendly repairs logbook
- Looked at, with the help of the forums, a simple tenant friendly telephone directory of useful numbers
