As your landlord, we will repair most parts of your home. You do not have to pay for these repairs because the cost is included in your rent. However, you will be charged the full cost of the repair if:

  • You, or someone acting on your behalf, say a repair is an emergency when it is not
  • You, your support worker, your family or your friends cause damage to your home

When things get broken and need repairing please tell us straight away.

You or anyone else helping you can ring our Repairs Hotline team on 01772 642199 between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. You can also report a repair online.

If you have an emergency repair outside these hours, you can telephone our emergency out-of-hours repairs service on 01772 642199.

The out-of-hours service is open:

  • Monday to Friday from 6pm to 8am
  • All weekends
  • All Bank Holidays

Remember you must not say a repair is an emergency if it is not or you will be charged the cost of the repair.

If you want to report a repair for white goods, such as a fridge, or for furnishings that Progress Care Housing owns then telephone our housing staff on 01772 450888 between 9am and 5.15pm Monday to Thursday or 9am to 4.45pm on Friday
