Help to buy your own home
Shared ownership is an affordable alternative to renting a home or buying a property outright. It helps people who want to buy their own home but cannot afford to do so. It is particularly helpful for people who would have difficulty raising a deposit or whose income would not support a full mortgage.
Our shared ownership schemes help individuals or groups of people with learning disabilities to own their own home. Even if a person cannot work, and therefore has no income and little or no savings or deposit, we can help them to become a shared owner.
We also offer a multiple shared ownership scheme, which enables groups of two or more people with similar needs to buy their own home. If you would like more information please contact us.
