Pudsey's bakery opens for business
18 November 2011 - Staff at Progress Housing Group in Leyland and Lytham St Annes have this year raised an amazing £550 for Children in Need, by holding several cake sales and a prize raffle.
Members of staff donned their aprons to bake up a feast – all in aid of Children in Need. For one day only (Friday 18th November) offices at Warwick House in Lytham St Annes and Kings Street in Leyland were transformed into Pudsey’s bakery, selling the finest range of home made cakes, all freshly baked by members of staff.
A hand-knitted Pudsey Bear and Pudsey tea cosy- made by a member of staff were also raffled off to raise money - ideal for those who don’t want to ditch their diet for Pudsey!
