Who can enter?
Anyone living in a New Progress property can enter the competition and there are categories to suit all shapes and sizes of garden. If you have worked with other residents to look after a shared garden, then you can enter as a group. You can even recommend a friend if you’d like.

When will the judging be taking place?
The closing date for entries is Friday 3rd June, with the judging taking place in July.

What are the categories?
• Containers, window boxes and hanging baskets
• Small gardens, balconies, yards and gardens under 16 square metres (front or back)
• Large gardens, yards and gardens over 16 square metres (front or back)

Just for kids
Our annual kids’ sunflower growing competition is always popular with a prize being awarded to the child who grows the tallest sunflower. The competition is open to all children under the age of 16 whose parent, guardian or grandparent is a New Progress tenant.
