17 January - Progress Housing Group has secured over £4.8m from the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) to deliver 205 new affordable homes over the next four years. The funding is part of the government’s Affordable Housing Programme, which aims to deliver 80,000 new affordable homes in England by 2015.
