A new era for Heyhouses - watch online

The Ormerod Rockers together with Local MP Mark Menzies and Cllr Elizabeth Oades the Mayor of Fylde, celebrated in style the completion of 116 new homes on the Heyhouses Estate. Developed by New Fylde Housing, part of Progress Housing Group, together with Southdale Homes, with funding provided by the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) and Fylde Borough Council.An event was held last week to celebrate the completion of New Fylde Housing's redevelopment of the Heyhouses estate in Lytham St Annes. The £10m project has seen 116 new homes built and 80 homes refurbished.

The event was filmed by Lancashire's new internet TV channel, Lancashire One, at no cost to the organisation. The film features interviews with Jacqui De-Rose, MP Mark Menzies, John Taylor (NFH tenant, Board Member and Chair of the Heyhouses Residents' Association) and Cllr Liz Oades (Mayor of Fylde).
