Helpline is a great service for anyone who enjoys their independence but wants the reassurance of being able to summon help at the touch of a button, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The Helpline unit is simple to install and use, all that is required is an electrical socket and telephone socket on the same wall, and a telephone.
We provide a pendant which can be worn around the neck, on the wrist or clipped to clothing, you simply press the red button for assistance wherever you are in your home or garden.
The pendant has a range of 50 metres so if help is needed outside the home, e.g. in the garden, by pressing the pendant you will automatically be connected to one of our experienced Control Centre Operators, who will take the most appropriate action to help e.g. contact the emergency services, a family member or friend.
We can also provide an optional Emergency Response Service, whereby an Emergency Mobile Warden can attend the property in an emergency and will wait until appropriate help arrives.
