Worn as a pendant, wrist-strap or clipped to your clothes, you simply press the red button for assistance wherever you are in your home. You will then be immediately connected to a call centre via speakerphone and an Operator will summon the help you require.
How does Helpline work?
Helpline uses your existing phone line and socket, all that is needed is an electric socket located in the vicinity. A base unit, about the size of an answering machine, is used to transmit your calls to the Helpline call centre.
