The lightweight pendant can be used to call for help in an emergency situation 24/7

How it works

The Lifeline unit is simple to install and use, and provides reassurance that help is at hand 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

For Lifeline to be installed in the home there should be an electrical socket and telephone socket on the same wall, a telephone is also required.

The pendant has a range of 50 metres so if help is needed outside the home, e.g. in the garden, pressing the pendant will alert the Control Centre that you may be in need of assistance.

By pressing the red button on the pendant you will automatically be connected to one of our experienced Control Centre Operators, who will take the most appropriate action to help e.g. contact the emergency services, a family member or friend.

We can also provide an optional emergency response service, whereby an Emergency Mobile Warden can attend the property in an emergency and will wait until appropriate help arrives.
